Export-Grade Ground White Pepper is produced in Vietnam from selected white peppercorns and ground/sieved to controlled mesh sizes (40–100) for consistent texture in industrial seasoning. With moisture up to 13% max and low admixture (0.2% max), free from dust and extraneous matter, this dried white pepper powder is suitable for importers and food manufacturers for spice blends, sauces, marinades, instant mixes, and further processing, offering a shelf life of up to 2 years.
