Brown Rice Dried Vermicelli Noodles are Vietnam-origin whole-grain noodles made from brown rice and formed into round strands that are dried for convenient ambient storage with a 12-month shelf life from packing date (shown on the packaging). Designed for importers and foodservice buyers, these noodles cook fast (boil 1–2 minutes, then rinse in cold water) and perform well in stir-fries, noodle salads, and mixed dishes where a firm, non-sticky texture is desired; store in a dry, cool, clean place to maintain quality.
