Chemical Modified Tapioca Starch is produced from cassava (tapioca) starch and processed to deliver consistent functional performance compared with native starch, including improved viscosity control, binding strength, clarity, and stability under heat, acid, and freeze–thaw conditions. Manufactured in Vietnam, it is available in commonly used food additive grades such as E1420, E1412, E1422, E1414, and E1404, supporting applications in sauces and soups, noodles and starch-based foods, frozen and processed foods, confectionery, and canned products where stable texture and processing tolerance are required.
