Coconut milk produced in Vietnam with 17%–19% fat content, suitable for food manufacturing and bulk export supply. Commonly used as a creamy base for beverages, desserts, sauces, curries, bakery fillings, ice cream, and ready-to-eat products, adding coconut aroma, rich mouthfeel, and stable texture in processing. Storage: -18°C up to 24 months; 5–7°C up to 6 months.
