Grade A Vietnamese Cassia Powder is produced from cultivated cassia bark sourced in Yen Bai and Lao Cai, Vietnam, then sun-dried and finely milled for consistent industrial blending. This reddish-brown cassia powder delivers a sweet-and-hot profile with volatile oil content from 2% min, low moisture (7% typical; up to 11% max), and controlled impurity/admixture at 0.5% max, making it suitable for importers and food manufacturers for bakery, beverage mixes, seasoning blends, and further processing, with a minimum shelf life of 24 months.
