IQF Frozen Lotus Root Slices are Vietnam-origin lotus roots from Mekong Delta growing areas, pre-processed (washed, sliced) and quick-frozen for -18°C storage to preserve natural ivory-white color, crisp texture, and mild sweetness, with 12–18 months shelf life. Designed for importers, food processors, restaurants, and industrial kitchens, this ready-to-cook ingredient supports soups, stews, stir-fries, salads, and dessert applications, and is supplied in flexible retail and bulk formats (500g/1kg/2kg bags and 5–10kg cartons) with double PE bag protection, produced under ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, FDA, and USDA/EU Organic standards depending on shipment.
