Low-Fat Desiccated Coconut is produced in Vietnam from 100% pure natural coconut, offering a natural white color and mild, sweet coconut taste with no off-flavor for consistent food processing performance. With particle size 1–3.5 mm, fat content 30–35%, moisture up to 3.0% max, SO₂ residual up to 50 ppm max, and FFA up to 0.3% max (as lauric acid), it is suitable for importers and food manufacturers for bakery, confectionery, cereal, snack, and ingredient blending applications.
