Suitable for importers and food manufacturers using mung beans for desserts, confectionery, bakery fillings, beverages, cereal blends, and plant-based food applications. Storage: keep in a cool, dry place; use within 5 days after opening the vacuum bag, or transfer to a sealed glass jar for longer use. Shelf life: 6 months from production date.
