Featuring a pungent, biting flavor, natural dark grey-to-black color, moisture up to 12% max, and very low impurity (0.1% max), it suits importers, spice processors, and food manufacturers requiring hygienic, export-ready pepper for seasoning blends, sauces, marinades, and further processing, with a shelf life of up to 2 years.
