Steam-Sterilized Fine Ground Black Pepper (40 Mesh) is produced in Vietnam from selected Central Highlands black pepper and milled to a uniform fine grind for consistent dispersion in food manufacturing. With a pungent, biting flavor, natural dark grey-to-black color, moisture up to 13% max, and very low impurity (0.1% max), it is ideal for importers, spice processors, and food manufacturers needing hygienic, export-ready pepper for seasoning blends, sauces, marinades, and further processing, offering a shelf life of up to 2 years.
