Vietnam Export Tapioca Starch (Cassava Starch) is produced from fresh cassava roots using modern mechanized processing to deliver a clean, high-whiteness starch for industrial applications. With starch content 85% min, whiteness 93% min, viscosity 750 BU min, pH 5–7, and controlled limits (SO₂ 30 ppm max; ash 0.2% max; fiber 0.2% max; residue on 100 mesh 0.1% max), it is suitable for importers and manufacturers in food, paper, textile, and adhesive industries requiring consistent performance and stable bulk supply from Vietnam.
