Vietnam Low-Fat Desiccated Coconut is produced from premium coconuts sourced in Ben Tre, Vietnam, using modern grating, drying, sterilizing, and packaging lines to deliver a clean, consistent ingredient for international food manufacturers, bakeries, and ingredient importers. This grade offers fat content 25–40% (typically 30–35%) with moisture ≤5% and FFA ≤0.5%, natural white color, mild fresh sweet coconut flavor with no off-odor, particle size 1–3.5mm, and controlled SO₂ residual ≤50ppm, with microbial quality stated as free from E. coli and Salmonella. Supplied in 25kg or 50kg 4-ply bags (PE/Kraft/PP) and optimized for export loading at 12MT/20FT and 27MT/40HC via Ho Chi Minh Seaport.
