IQF frozen Cat Chu mango is selected from standard-quality Cat Chu mangoes grown in Vietnam (Dong Thap and An Giang) and processed with individual quick freezing to preserve natural color, aroma, and texture. Cat Chu is known for its thin, glossy skin that turns bright yellow when ripe, and orange-yellow flesh that is crisp and nearly fiber-free. It offers a light tang when eaten unripe and a clean, gentle sweetness when ripe, making it ideal for both fresh-style applications and processed formulations. Available as 15–25mm cuts, dices, cheeks, sticks, or purée for consistent quality and easy portioning. Suitable for B2B sourcing for importers, manufacturers, and foodservice; widely used in smoothies, beverages, desserts, ice cream, yogurt toppings, bakery fillings, fruit preparations, and ready-to-eat fruit formats. Seasonal supply: February–June and October–December, shelf life 24 months at -18°C, annual capacity up to 10,000 tons.
