Large White Pieces Cashew Kernels (LP) are AFI-standard cashew pieces processed in Vietnam for international sourcing and distribution. LP refers to large white pieces that are broken into more than two pieces and do not pass through a 4 mesh (4.75mm) sieve, making them suitable for bakery, confectionery, cereals/granola, snack mixes, toppings, and food manufacturing applications where a larger piece size and clean appearance are preferred.
